Guide to Downloading Documents in Inca Classic

Clinics can now request a full document archive from Inca Classic. Here’s how the process works:

1. Submit a Request
To begin, contact us by email or phone to request a document download for your clinic:

2. Processing the Request
Once we receive your request, we’ll activate the process. Please allow a few days for completion, as this depends on the size of your clinic’s archive.


3. Accessing the Download
When the archive is ready, you’ll see a ‘Download Archive’ prompt under the Organisation tab in your Inca account. Clicking this will download a ZIP file to your Windows Downloads folder. 



4. Managing the Files
The archive includes all care plan documents, which must be manually saved into each patient’s folder. Each file is clearly named with the Inca Record Number, Full Name, Date of Birth, and Document Type for easy identification.
