Instructions to Connect Inca Evo to Best Practice
If you encounter any problems, please contact our support team via our chat system, located in our Help Centre.
Enable third-party integrations:
Open Best Practice.
From the main screen, navigate to Setup > Configuration.
On the left-hand side, select Database.
Select Setup third-party integrations.
Search for Precedence Health Care.
Tick the box for Precedence Health Care (via Halo Connect).
Click Save.
Once you have enabled third-party integrations, you will now be able to submit your Best Practice Site ID
Locate your Best Practice Site ID
To Locate you Best Practice site ID click on Help > About
Submit your site ID in the Inca Evo portal
Enter the Site ID in the Inca Evo portal.
Click Submit.
If you clicked Skip for now when setting up, once you are in the portal, please enter BP site ID.
