Importing your Inca Address Book CSV into Medical Director

1. Locate and double-click the MedicalDirector Maintenance icon on your desktop. The application window will open.


2. Navigate to Database Tasks > Common from the menu.



3. Double-click Import/Export.
(Optional: If this is your first time accessing Import/Export during this session, you'll be prompted to select a configuration and enter your username and password.)


4. The Import/Export Wizard will appear. Click Next to continue.




5. Select Import, then click Next.




6. When prompted, choose Address Book, then click Next.




7. In the Select the Format window, choose the file format that matches your import file, then click Next.




8. Click the ... button, locate your file, and select it. Click Next to continue.




9. The import process will begin. A notification will appear once the import is complete.




10. Click Finish or Exit to close the wizard.
