Important Announcement: Inca is Retiring on June 30, 2025


After years of supporting our valued users, we have made the difficult decision to retire Inca on 30th June 2025. In its place we have a new product, Inca Evo which creates simpler workflows for care planning. 


This means that with Inca, All functionality in the platform will end on 30th June 2025 but you will still be able to access and download documents until the 31st July 2025.

We encourage all users to:

  • Download any important files or reports before June 30.
  • Export your address book following the steps by contacting support.
