The password reset link on your Inca notification is valid for 3 days. You can go to Inca Sign in page to request for a new password reset link. click Forgot Password?
If you do not receive the 'Inca: Reset your password', please check your junk folder as it is an automated email and can be detected as junk mail.
If you are still unable to locate the 'Inca: Reset your password', please contact Precedence Support
