Why should I get Inca Evo at my clinic?

Inca Evo is a software tool that works with your Best Practice Software, allowing you to streamline the process for preparing Medicare–compliant, patient–tailored chronic condition management plans and assessments. It cuts through the time you spend on the administrative duties it takes to organise plans and reviews for your patients. You will also be able to see how it works for you and/or your clinic's workflow with our 14-day free trial.

Inca Evo also ensure that the privacy of your data is maintained. Inca Evo does not store patient data. Any data that is sent to our servers is transient and processed within Australia. All communication uses secure SSL/TLS encryption for data transport – the same level of encryption used by leading banks and government agencies. The minimal data we collect is secured in databases encrypted at rest in Australia data centres, with access only by authorised support or technical personnel.

How will GPs benefit from Inca Evo?

How will Practice Nurses benefit from Inca Evo?

What do I need to do to sign up?

Is there a cost for nurses?

Nurses are free and included in your plan! You only need to purchase GP licences, and your nurses will have complete access to Inca Evo.

Will Inca Evo slow down my server?

Inca Evo is a lightweight companion application, that will run alongside your Best Practice Software. It is a sophisticated application, designed to work in conjunction with your clinical workflows. There should be no disruptions to servers or workload when using Inca Evo.

What type of licensing do you offer?

We provide a range of licensing options tailored to meet the needs of your organisation:

• GP License: Designed for individual GPs managing their own Chronic Condition Management (CCM).

• Team License: Suited for clinics with both GPs and Nurses involved in CCM.

• Enterprise License: Tailored for multi-clinic corporate groups and organisations. Choose between convenient monthly or annual payment plans, with discounted rates available for annual subscriptions.

Do you offer a discount for part-time users?

What happens to my personal data?

Personal information provided by Inca Evo users is stored in a secure database and managed by Precedence Healthcare. Personal information stored in the Inca Evo database is handled by Precedence Healthcare in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) and any other privacy, data protection or medical records legislation which may be applicable depending on the circumstances.

How are the new changes to the MBS Chronic Disease Management Framework applied onto Inca Evo?

From July 1, 2025, changes that were made to chronic conditions management plans as listed by Medicare have also been applied to Inca Evo. The item number for creating a care plan has been changed from item 721 to item 965. When creating referral letters to be sent to providers, you may choose to list the number of visits in our new editable referral letter body, however this is optional. As the new GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) replaces the previous GP Management Plan (GPMP) and Team Care Agreement (TCA), this has also been reflected on our portal where the TCA has been removed.

Do I need to specify the number of visits a patient has to a specific provider when sending a referral letter?

Due to the new updates by Medicare as of 1 July 2025, there is no longer the need to mention the specific number of visits to the allied health professional when sending out your referral letters. However, on Inca Evo, with our option to efficiently tailor referral letters, you can mention the number of visits you would like to assign. This is however optional and to your preference.

How do I add/edit billing information?

After your 14-day free trial, you will be prompted to add your billing information. To add billing information, log on to your portal then head over to the “Manage Subscription” button. This is where you can edit the details of your current card or add a new card where you will be prompted to add the necessary details.
