How do I make sure all my patients' documents are downloaded?
Inca will automatically search through all patients with active care plans (care plans performed in the last year) and ensure all current documents exist in Best Practice. When a current document is not found it will be automatically added to Best Practice for the patient.
To opt in for this, select 'Yes' on the expression of interest page and select 'Yes' to downloading documents.
