How to Add a Provider and Update Their Details
This video demonstrates how to add a provider to a care team, and update their details if they are missing from your contacts. If you add details in Inca Evo, please note, you will also need to update these in Best Practice (BP) as it will not update if not done. Updating in Inca Evo should be used if you need to do this quickly whilst in the care plan workflow. Remember to go back into BP and update your contacts!
